Payment of Fees
All fees must be paid by the due date on the Invoice. Fees are invoiced on a term by term basis.

Loss and Damage
The Academy and its employees are not liable for any loss or damage of student items.

Missed Classes by Students
When a student is unable to attend a private lesson, the Academy will offer the Student an equivalent make- up private lesson class. However, this will only occur when the Academy has email notice of more than 48hours. Group classes will not be made-up when a student is absent unless the student is invited to an alternate lesson.

Cancelled Class by the Academy
Should the Academy need to cancel a class for any reason the Academy in its sole discretion will decide whether it is appropriate to offer a make-up class or provide a refund as an alternative. Classes are very rarely cancelled and have only been done so in the past due to bad weather/ no electricity or personal reasons.

Enrolment fee
An enrolment fee of $25.00per student must be paid before the student’s first official lesson with the
Academy in 2019. This fee is paid once annually with all enrolments.

Adult classes- No Enrolment fee needed.
